RENAISSANCE IN WEST VILLAGES

RENAISSANCE is Mattamy Homes foray into the West Villages. Based in Canada, and has built more than 60,000 homes, Mattamy is the largest privately-owned homebuilder in North America. This distinguishes Mattamy (named after the founder’s children, Matt and Amy) from the other builders in the West Villages, which are all publicly traded companies.

This brand new community has 5 model homes now open for your perusal. As of January 1st, 2018, only the first 12 families have moved into what will be a 675 home development. The amenities will open for spring 2018 and feature a community clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and a full-time activities director. Designs are in place for walking trails, as well as a dog park, that will be open to the general public via access from the new West Villages Parkway.

Conveniently located just south of Gran Paradiso and across from SCF (State College of Florida) and the soon to come West Villages Town Center and spring training complex of the Atlanta Braves, RENAISSANCE features attached (paired) villas with either 1539 or 1688 square foot models, each with 2 car garages, and two series of single-family homes. The Signature series has 5 different floor plans ranging from 1576 to 2381 square feet, while the larger and more upscale Executive series offers 4 plans, with between 2300 and 2680 square feet.

Exterior architectural options include both Spanish or Tuscan style, as well as a Coastal theme, which features a classic low-country look, complete with a front porch as well as board siding over concrete block construction. All homes in RENAISSANCE come with tile roofs and paver driveways. An upstairs loft is an available option for all single-family homes. Other options and upgrades are available through the complementary full-service design center, which offers a dazzling array of interior décor materials so that you may customize your new home precisely to your own tastes.
