So far, so good!
Even with the rush of buyers being drawn to Sarasota by low prices and even lower Northern temperatures, True Sarasota has been able to accommodate every one’s needs. We do want to make a few suggestions, however, as the winter continues and more and more snow-weary travelers arrive on Siesta Key Beach.
If you are coming to Sarasota and want to have us show you property, give us as much notice as possible. We want to make sure we give every single customer the time they deserve – getting on the calendar is the best way to make sure of that! If you have homes of interest you want to see, send those along as well, so we can make the appropriate plans and schedule your showings. During high season, many properties can be difficult to gain access to – the more time we have to arrange it, the better your chances of seeing it.
We have also noticed a phenomenon amongst Sarasota home sellers – perhaps experiencing “market fatigue”, many sellers are now requiring 24 hour notice, and are denying showings with any less warning. As call centers generally close in late afternoon, it may be difficult for us to show a property on Wednesday morning if requested on Tuesday evening.
This is an exhilarating time in Sarasota real estate – properties are selling, buyers are scoring great deals, and finally acquiring their dream home at the beach. In order to make sure your time here is most advantageous for you, give us as much notice as you can for your visits and for showings – and we will make sure we do our very best in assisting you obtain that great Sarasota home!
